Dust off your fishnets and join us in the MAR Clubhouse on Friday, October 16 at 7:00 PM for a viewing party of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Whether you know every callback by heart or this is your very first time, come ready to laugh, shout, and do the Time Warp with your MAR friends. This is an 18+ event. Please bring an appetizer to share, and BYOB. Props are welcome and half the fun. One house rule: if you bring props, you help clean up at the end of the night. Essential props and when to use them: Newspaper: Hold it over your head when Brad and Janet get caught in the rain. Toilet paper: Throw rolls into the air when Dr. Scott enters and Brad shouts "Great Scott!" Glow stick or flashlight: Wave it during the song "Over at the Frankenstein Place" each time they sing about the light. Rubber glove: Snap the fingers of your glove right after Dr. Frank-N-Furter snaps his during the creation speech. Party hat: Put yours on when Frank puts his on during the dinner scene. Playing cards: Throw them into the air during "I'm Going Home" when Frank sings about cards. Noisemaker: Make some noise during the lab and celebration scenes.
