Step into the glamour of old Havana this New Year’s Eve as the MAR Clubhouse transforms into the Tropicana Club for a formal evening of dining and dancing. Doors open at 7:30 PM with appetizers and pitchers of virgin mojitos awaiting each reserved table—just add your own white rum to set the mood. Enjoy a vibrant Cuban flamenco-inspired floor show while savoring a four-course meal featuring a Cuban Crunch Salad, Beef Short Ribs and Sea Bass with traditional sides, and an indulgent selection of classic Cuban desserts. After the show, the dance floor opens for your own take on Latin rhythms, leading up to a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
